Blue hour e silhouette | Cranehunter
Il momento che si sceglie per fotografare è fondamentale e la blue hour è una garanzia.
Rispondendo ad una esigenza di Getty Images sulle fotografie di gru, ho organizzato uno shooting durante una mattina assolata. Tornato a casa ho dato un’occhiata alle immagini e non ce n’era una che mi soddisfacesse.
Sono uscito di nuovo in serata alla ricerca di una luce migliore.
Non mi sono arreso e ho riflettuto su come realizzare delle fotografie migliori cercando una luce più interessante. L’ho trovata poco dopo il tramonto, la cosiddetta blue hour, quando il sole ormai sotto l’orizzonte lascia spazio alle prime oscurità e le luci si abbassano. Ho potuto così giocare con bellissimi colori e silhouette.

Answering to a Getty Images brief about cranes I went for a shooting in the morning. I came back home for lunch and looking at the images no one was satisfying me.
I went out again in the evening searching a better light.
I did not give up and I have reflected on how to realise better images looking for a better light. I found it in the blue hour, as the sun disappeared behind the horizon and the low light gave me the possibility to play with colors and silhouettes.
